Thanks for another year's entertainment; seriously I look forward to HS posts like others anticipate Star Wars movies only these are better and more frequent.
ReplyDeleteBest wishes and festive tidings to you and your family.
May the Force be with you, Rob. Merry Christmas!
DeleteI'll try to post a bit more frequently next year....
And a Merry Christmas to you and yours
ReplyDeleteCheers, Tony. I'm hoping for a few more victories next year (even one would be nice!). Merry Christmas to you and the family.
DeleteYou beat me this year!
DeleteIt wasn't really a fair fight, Rob.
DeleteAll the best for this end of year!
ReplyDeleteThank you, Phil. Here's to 2020 and all who sail in her.
DeleteA Merry and shiny Xmas to you too...
ReplyDeleteA have a happy and productive new year.
All the best. Aly
Merry Christmas Aly. 2020 will be a lot shinier I'm hoping. Let's hope that the Christmas break refreshes the marshals a bit too. 2019 was not a good year!
DeleteMerry Christmas Matt, and a Happy New Year. Look forward to more lovely shiny figures next year :)
ReplyDeleteMerry Christmas, 'Lee. I've got all sorts of special things lined up for the New Year, but I need a bit more painting discipline to get through them all. I only managed about 75 figures in 2019, which is not too flash.
DeleteMerry X-mas and, as they say here, ein guten rutsch in neue Jahr (a good slide into the new year )Odd I know but honestly, it´s what they say here :-)
ReplyDelete*Laughter*. I like it!
DeleteMerry Christmas, Paul
Where is here?
DeleteHe's in darkest Bodstonia, Rob.
DeleteMerry Xmas to you and the family; both your family and the one you have created who follow the Hinton Spieler. Having a new post to wonder over is almost as good as Christmas morning! May Santa bring you some shiny goodness this year!
ReplyDeleteMerry Christmas to you and your lovely lot, David. Yes, more shininess, that's what I need!
DeleteThe picture could be Napoleon Christmas card to his troops. Moscow 1812.
ReplyDeleteHave a good Xmas and New Year.
This is the time of year to plan for 2020. My plans are to paint some Prussians.
It was Matt over at Waterloo-to-Mons with his horsey Christmas card who put the idea into my head, Mark!
DeleteMerry Christmas and happy New Year to you too. I'm seriously toying with the idea of NOT painting any Prussians!
And may Father Christmas bring you fresh battalions and the muse of victory. Is Mr Cambronne giving Mr Alten the festive Waterloo salute?
ReplyDeleteYuletide salutations, Archduke.
DeleteHe's just feeding Castella de Bergen's horse a mince pie, honestly!
Merry Christmas and have a very happy New Year!
ReplyDeleteMerry Christmas, Matt. 2020 is shaping up to be very exciting, with more yet foreign trips to exotic locations!
DeleteA shiny and toy soldierly Christmas period to you and yours this year! Your blog and figures bring much pleasure each and every visit.
ReplyDeleteMerry Christmas,
Stokes
Thank you, Stokes! It brings me great joy when people say they enjoy my daft endeavours. Your incomparably lovely soldiers have been a massive inspiration. All power to your brush in 2020, Old Bean.
DeleteMerry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
ReplyDeleteAnd to you too, Charles. Have a lovely time this Christmas and a peaceful and happy New Year.
